Betrayed Friendship
Today I walked into a situation I should never have seen
One that should never have been,
Someone I trusted with all my heart
From the very start,
Took my trust and threw it at me
I guess my friend they didn't want to be,
Now no one do I have by the laws of life
Dealing with too much stress and strife,
What should I do where should I go
These are answers I need to know,
But the friend who betrayed me has to go away
Even though by my side I wanted them to stay,
Because how can I trust you how can I care
When I know what you will do when I am not there.
