Mystical Eyes
Cat like glowing bright green
Reflecting all that of which they have seen,
In your dreams you have see them there
Causing you to think and beware,
Haunting you at every bend
Making you want the thought of these eyes to end,
Though the memory of the face have faded away
It's like you saw these eyes yesterday,
Long ago the battle lines of this war were drawn
Over someone done so wrong,
A wrong that is imprinted forever in your memory
And the pain that was caused you will always see,
Remembering when the two of you first met
You were from a different social set,
But when you saw her the wealth did not matter
you that for whatever reason you had to have her,
Laughter love and a couple shed tears
Learning of one another's fears,
The happiness seemed to be able to last forever
For the love to end you both wanted it to never,
Then one day the laughter and joy stopped
Against the wall she stands there propped,
Seeing you with another woman causes her tears to start falling
Next thing you know she's hysterically bawling,
Then worse yet you try to deceive her
Saying this woman was not your lover,
But she say right through your lies
Now you'll never forget the pain in her mystical eyes.
